Patient Not Found

If a patient is not found using your search criteria, the system will prompt you to search the Registries database. Your options are:

Click [OK] to continue searching the Registries database for the patient record.

Click [Cancel] to cancel the search and look for another patient

If the patient is not in the Registries database, EFR will display a notification stating the patient does not exist in EFR. Enter new search information and click [Search] to search for a new patient.

If a patient is found in the Registry that needs to be added to EFR, perform a Manual Referral.

Manual Referral

To create a manual referral, click [Create Referral].

Create Referral

The Create Referral screen is similar to the Patient Information screen, however, all pertinent information needs to be added to the EFR.

Click [Save] to save the patient information and add them to the EFR.

Click [Back] to discard the changes and return to the Patient Lookup screen.
